These Terms of Service govern access to the Aola Short mini drama service operated by Suzhou Aola Animation Technology Co., Ltd. ("Aola", "we", "us", or "our") through TikTok Minis or related pages operated by us.
By accessing or using Aola Short, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, applicable TikTok platform terms and rules, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must meet TikTok account and age requirements and comply with applicable law to use Aola Short. Login, identity, payment, and platform functions may be provided through TikTok Minis and TikTok-related services.
The Mini Drama App provides access to short-form drama episodes. Certain episodes may require advertising completion, virtual currency, membership, subscription, or other approved unlock methods. Digital content is provided for personal, non-commercial viewing only.
Some content may be free to watch. Some content may require users to complete an advertisement, purchase an episode unlock, purchase virtual currency, or activate a membership or subscription plan. If monthly, quarterly, annual, or other membership plans are offered, the exact price, period, renewal, cancellation, and benefit details will be shown in the relevant TikTok purchase flow or product page before purchase.
Users must comply with applicable laws, TikTok platform rules, and these Terms. Users may not copy, record, download, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, interfere with, bypass access controls, abuse payment or refund mechanisms, or misuse the service or any drama content. Users may not submit illegal, infringing, abusive, misleading, or harmful messages, reports, or support requests.
Payments, virtual currency, membership, subscriptions, and related billing functions are processed through TikTok Minis payment capabilities, platform payment channels, and their related service providers. We do not directly collect full payment card or bank account information from users.
Refund handling follows TikTok platform rules, applicable payment channel rules, and local law. Access to paid or unlocked digital episodes may be limited if a payment is reversed, refunded, expired, charged back, or found to be invalid. If a refund or payment reversal is confirmed, related episode unlocks, membership benefits, subscription access, or other digital entitlements may be removed or limited.
We may update, suspend, limit, remove, or discontinue any part of Aola Short, including content, features, pricing, membership benefits, and availability, where reasonably necessary for operations, rights management, platform requirements, safety, legal compliance, or business reasons.
All drama content, artwork, text, trademarks, and service materials are owned by Aola or its licensors. No rights are transferred to users except the limited right to access the service for personal, non-commercial viewing.
If you believe that content on Aola Short infringes your rights or violates applicable law or platform rules, please contact us with sufficient details for review. We may remove, restrict, or correct content where appropriate.

We may suspend or terminate access to Aola Short if we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, TikTok platform rules, applicable law, payment requirements, or the rights of Aola, creators, users, or third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aola Short is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection or other mandatory laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by applicable law.
